"I met Dan Sanbrook through a mutual friend who recommended that I speak with him as it came up in conversation that he did drafting and design work. Our very close friends who asked me if I could recommend anyone to help them design a house to their rough specifications for a house they were looking to build on a vacant block of land.

On their behalf I spoke with several "top name" house builders and was not impressed by the lack of assistance or service – hence I spoke with Dan over several weeks to see if he could help out on the project. Dan was very enthusiastic and professional in his approach to this project – he gave me confidence right from the onset and continued to do so throughout the work he carried out for me, on behalf of my friends. I gave him very rough drawings of what was wanted, an idea of budget and sizes. Dan, gave a very reasonable estimate of what his charges would be, which was accepted and he began to proceed with the project. The quality of work drawings that came back, in very short time I might add, were of the highest standard and he made recommendations on what he thought would work best and gave lots of new and interesting ideas.
